Terms & Conditions

This website (www.heatsaverseco.co.uk) is operated, and our service is provided, by Heat Savers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no: 14648305) with its registered office at Flat 3 Summerdyne, Greenway Road, Torquay, United Kingdom, United Kingdom, TQ2 6JE.

Our Services

We assist qualifying homeowners in accessing government-backed home efficiency grants via the ECO4 scheme, including funding for free replacement boilers, first time central heating and loft insulation. Heat Savers performs all services, utilising subcontracted qualified gas engineers, surveyors, and other tradesmen to ensure that all installations meet the highest standards.

Heat Savers only takes on work that is 100% fully funded under the ECO4 scheme. This means we do not charge you during or after any stage of the process, including survey, application, installation and submission.
Our goal is to connect you directly with our team so you can receive a free, no-obligation survey. By registering and applying on the Website, or enquiring by phone or email, we will contact you to arrange the survey and subsequent installation if applicable.

Contractors’ Obligations

Our subcontracted Gas Safe registered engineers are responsible for installing your new boiler. Fitting your own boiler is illegal due to safety risks, and such actions will invalidate your warranty.
Engineers installing non-compliant boilers will be breaking the law. Heat Savers Ltd is not liable for non-compliant installations. It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence before entering into an agreement.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. We do not guarantee the suitability of any subcontracted engineer or intermediary and are not liable for their acts or omissions. You are advised to ensure satisfaction with our service before proceeding.
If you believe a subcontractor has breached their agreement with you, you must take action against them directly. We accept no responsibility for such breaches.

Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for any failure to fulfil any term or condition if delayed or prevented by an event beyond their control and without fault or negligence (“Force Majeure”).

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to this Agreement.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will not affect the other provisions, which remain in full force and effect.
